The University of Massachusetts Boston Dependent Enrollment deadline has passed. Dependents are eligible to enroll in the plan under a qualifying event only. 

Please contact University Health Plans (info@univhealthplans.com or 833-251-1126) immediately if your dependent recently experienced a qualifying event (such as the dependent's: entry into the U.S., marriage to student, official same-sex civil union partnership status with student, birth, adoption, or loss of other coverage). The deadline for submitting all required items to UHP to an eligible dependent  following a recognized qualifying event is 60 days from the date of the event.
