The 2024-2025 voluntary enrollment form is closed. The 2025-2026 voluntary enrollment form is scheduled to open in June.
If you are a current student, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. If you recently lost your other coverage, moved to the US, or recently moved from your other plan's service area and do not have comprehensive coverage near the campus, please see the qualifying event enrollment form on the left.
Insurance members need their insurance ID number to access their insurance benefits and account via Blue Cross Blue Shield's website. Your ID number will be provided via email at the beginning of the plan year.

The SHIP changes can have an impact on your out-of-pocket costs if you need prescriptions that will require you to pay 30% of the medication's cost up to the out-of-pocket maximum. We encourage students impacted by the change to compare all other insurance options to the Emerson SHIP.
