The 2024-2025 spring policy period waiver deadline was February 28, 2025.

Eligible students who did not waive or confirm enrollment by the deadline were automatically enrolled in the Student Health Plan and were sent an email notification. The waiver form was left available through March 11, 2025. The form has been shut down. No late waivers will be accepted at this time.
