The enrollment form for Spring 2025 is closed. Students who did not complete the enrollment or waiver form have been automatically enrolled and charged the student health insurance premium.

To access your online insurance card, please go to www.universityhealthplans.com/ramapo and select Insurance ID Card on the left side of the page. 

The enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will be available in mid-late July.
