The waiver form for Spring 2025 is closed. Students who did not complete the enrollment or waiver form have been automatically enrolled and charged the student health insurance premium.

Please note: If you are a student who has been approved for NJ Family Care, you have until April 30th to waive. To get the waiver form, please email that request to info@univhealthplans.com. 

To access your online insurance card, please go to www.universityhealthplans.com/rowan and select Insurance ID Card on the left side of the page.

The waiver form for Fall 2025 will be available in mid July.
