The 2024-2025 enrollment deadlines have passed. If you were eligible for the SHIP and did not submit the waiver or enrollment form by the deadline you have been automatically enrolled in the student health insurance plan. The 2025-2026 waiver form for returning students will be available in late April 2025 and for incoming students in June 2025. 

If you have experienced a qualifying event, such as losing other coverage, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. Please contact University Health Plans at 833-251-1738.
