The 2024-2025 enrollment form is closed and all non-responders have been automatically enrolled in the Elms SHIP effective 8/15/24. 

If you waived the 2024-2025 Elms University student health insurance plan and have experienced a qualifying event, such as a loss of other coverage, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. Please contact University Health Plans at 833-251-1728.
