The 2024-2025 annual enrollment deadline has passed. Eligible students who did not complete a waiver form have been enrolled. If you lost other coverage within the past 60 days and need to enroll due to a qualifying event please email info@univhealthplans.com. 

The Spring 2025  enrollment form for newly eligible Spring 2025 students will be available in early December 2024
