Spring Enrollment Form for New Spring Students Only
2024-2025 Academic Year

ELIGIBILITY: Undergraduate student enrolled in 9 or more credits. Graduate students, except the AE-MSN program, are not eligible for the Student Health Insurance Plan as these programs are made up of short-term courses that meet once a week for 15 weeks or less per semester. After you complete your enrollment form, your status will be confirmed by the College. If you are not eligible for the Curry College SHIP you will be notified and your enrollment will not be processed.
