The 2024-2025 waiver deadline has passed. If you were eligible for the SHIP and did not submit the waiver form by the deadline you were automatically enrolled in the student health insurance plan.
The Spring 2025 Waiver Form will be available in mid-November, for newly eligible Spring 2025 students.
Students who waived the SHIP may qualify for special enrollment rights if they incur an involuntary loss of other coverage. To request an enrollment form and premium quote, contact Elliot Wasserman, Director of Operations at Barnard College at 212-854-8305, or via email at ewasserman@barnard.edu within 31 days of the loss of coverage.
