The Ithaca College Annual 2024-2025 Waiver Form is no longer available. The waiver deadline was on September 15, 2024. Students who did not take action were provided a waiver appeal process through September 30, 2024 that was extended until October 15, 2024. Students who did not take action, but have other comparable coverage, can opt out for spring by completing the Spring Opt-Out form on the left hand side of the page.
The Ithaca College Spring Waiver Form will be available in November for new incoming Spring 2025 students.
