DENTAL PROVIDER SEARCH

To find a participating dentist in your area, you will first need to enter your city/state or zip code. Optional: You may select the mile range for providers and the type of dentist. Then click search.  A pop up will appear for you to select a network, from the drop down select ‘Elite Plus’. (See below for images)

IMPORTANT: You WILL NOT be able to create a member account on the United Concordia website. Your insurance plan is insured through Highmark, NOT United Concordia. All claims must be submitted to Highmark for processing. Highmark utilizes the United Concordia network. Click here for Online Account Access through Highmark.
